The Ghost Layer collaborates with select protocols through its Silent Yield Farm (SYF) to generate long-term, sustainable yield. At launch, the protocol integrates with Ethena and Morpho to achieve this goal.

Partnership with Morpho: ETH Strategy (Active)

• What is this partnership?

  Morpho is a straightforward lending and borrowing protocol. The Ghost Layer deploys ETH from its balance sheet into Morpho to generate productive yield in a positive-sum manner.

• Liquidity

  Historically, the ETH vault on Morpho maintains sufficient liquidity to support withdrawals.

• Safety and Management

  If the Loan-to-Value (LTV) ratio exceeds 80%, the protocol shifts to a passive mode, withdrawing the ETH deposit back into the Ghost Layer.

Partnership with Ethena: USDC and USDT strategy (Active)

• What is this partnership?

  Ethena is a delta-neutral stablecoin engine designed to produce yield-bearing stablecoins. The Ghost Layer deploys USDC and USDT from its balance sheet, swapping them into sUSDe.

• Liquidity

  sUSDe has demonstrated stability and resilience, passing multiple stress tests to establish itself as a reliable stablecoin.

• Safety and Management

  If a depeg of 3-5% persists for more than a couple of epochs, the protocol will swap sUSDe back into USDC and USDT.
